San Francisco CMORoom Recap (May 14, 2026) @ A 16

“Without emotion, loyalty is just a transaction.”
That line stayed with the table all night.
At CMORoom San Francisco, the conversation covered everything from AI and changing search behavior to influencer marketing, attribution, content fatigue, live experiences, and what actually earns consumer attention today.
One thing kept coming up: the brands building real loyalty are creating connection, not just visibility.
There was a lot of conversation around how community and in-person experiences are outperforming purely digital engagement, why “human” content still cuts through the most, and how everyone is trying to navigate a landscape where discovery is changing faster than measurement can keep up.
Exactly why rooms like this exist.
Not for surface-level networking or polished talking points, but for the kind of candid conversations, perspective shifts, and unexpected connections that happen when the right people are in the room together.
Thank you to everyone who made San Francisco such a good one.
Until next time, San Francisco!
