A Night That Reminded Us Why We Do This
Last night was a blast.
To everyone who showed up, brought the energy, and fully owned the room, thank you. You’re exactly why we love Minneapolis. The level of talent, the diversity of industries, and the depth of perspective in the room made one thing clear: the impact of what we do in marketing is real, and it’s felt.
What stood out most wasn’t just the conversations, but how honest they were. The kind of unfiltered takes and new connections that remind you why you chose this industry in the first place, and why getting in a room together still matters.
A few themes carried throughout the night:
The pressure is real. Increasing demands for measurement, constant noise, and rising expectations to do more with less.
We’re not alone in it. Hearing how others are approaching these challenges brought a sense of clarity and community.
Operational efficiency is a priority. Teams are being pushed to operate leaner, move faster, and deliver more impact with fewer resources, making smarter systems and sharper prioritization essential.
Connection fuels progress. The conversations happening in that room are the ones that actually move things forward.
That’s the purpose of CMORoom. Creating a space where marketing leaders can step out of the day-to-day, speak candidly, and walk away feeling more equipped than when they walked in.
A special thank you to David Ruiz and AdMedia for sponsoring the evening. Their expertise in driving incremental paid search revenue and supporting brand growth continues to make a meaningful impact for the brands they partner with.
If you were there, you felt it.
If you weren’t, we hope to see you next time.
