PepsiCo Hands Global Media to Publicis Without a Pitch

PepsiCo has appointed Publicis Groupe as its exclusive global media partner, ending Omnicom’s more-than-25-year relationship with the CPG giant. The move is notable not only for its scale, but because Publicis won the business without a competitive pitch and will build a new AI- and data-powered model spanning strategy, planning, activation, identity and technology across PepsiCo’s portfolio. Publicis will also withdraw from Coca-Cola’s ongoing global media review as it takes on the PepsiCo account.

Chipotle Lets 100 Creators Loose in 50 Kitchens
