It was so inspiring bringing together such a forward thinking group of marketing leaders from all industries together last night. A few themes consistently surfaced in our conversation: the importance of identifying recurring revenue opportunities through thoughtful cross-sell and upsell strategies, and the role CRM data mining plays in uncovering those opportunities. We also discussed how the most effective organizations treat brand and performance marketing as complementary forces rather than separate efforts, using both to drive sustained growth. Several leaders emphasized the need to truly analyze customer data—not just look for a transaction, but understand behavior and intent—so first-party data can be maximized to deepen relationships and expand lifetime value. protein and vitamin-based products continue to dominate industry momentum.
